Surabaya-Mojokerto Toll Road
Prior to its acquisition by ASTRA Infra in 2019, PT Marga Nujyasumo Agung (MNA), a subsidiary of Moeladi, held a 24.2% ownership stake in PT Jasamarga Surabaya Mojokerto (JSM). JSM is the concession holder for the Surabaya–Mojokerto (Sumo) Toll Road. The company was responsible for the development of the 36.27-kilometer toll road, which connects the cities of Surabaya and Mojokerto. The toll road begins at Bundaran Waru in Sidoarjo and enters Mojokerto via an access point to the Mojokerto bypass road.
The toll road passes through four administrative regions—Sidoarjo, Gresik, Mojokerto, and the city of Surabaya—traversing a total of 37 villages and covering a land area of approximately 310.55 hectares.
Subang-Pasirjadi-Citarik-Tegalgede Gas Facility
Moeladi was engaged by Pertamina under a BOT contract for the development of a Gas Production Facility and Trasmission Pipelines. The work included Gas Production Facilities for the Subang-Pasirjadi-Citarik Trasmission Pipeline - 24" diameter (45 km) and Citarik-Tegalgede Transmission Pipeline - 32" diameter (45 km).
The project carried out through 1997 to 2007, involving engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Moeladi continues to hold the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) concession for the facilities and transmission system, ensuring ongoing operational excellence and support for Pertamina today.
Krueng Geukuh-Jamuan (Muara Batu) Gas Facility
In 1988, Moeladi was appointed by Pertamina to undertake a BOT contract for the development of a critical gas infrastructure project in Aceh. The work covered the construction and operation of gas distribution pipelines designed to support regional industrial demand.
This project involved the design, construction, and long-term operation of a gas distribution network connecting Krueng Geukuh–Jamuan (Muara Batu) to two end users: Asean Aceh Fertilizer Co. and Aceh Kraft Paper. The successful delivery of the project further reinforced Moeladi’s capabilities in executing complex energy infrastructure developments under public-private partnership models.
